The achievement of optimal aesthetic results when placing immediate anterior implants has long been one of the greatest challenges of even the most experienced clinicians. Recent introductions of both modified implant designs and enhanced tissue preservation methods have allowed this complex procedure to become more predictable.

A comparative study was undertaken to measure soft tissue thickness when placing deep conical sub-crestal angle corrected implants vs. unilateral implants. A novel Dermal Apron Technique was used in all patients as an alternative to sub-epithelial, connective tissue grafting to achieve predictable tissue stability.

This webinar educational program will review how combining two innovations specifically designed for the achievement of predictable anterior aesthetics can lead to more certain outcomes. Maximizing the utility of innovation is warranted in treatment categories where complication risks are higher.
