Abutment versatility redefined

The Attachment System with Decisive Advantages

The Docklocs® Attachment System for overdentures is a further development of the well-known LOCATOR® system from Zest Anchors®. The abutments are coated with an innovative protective layer of zirconium carbonitride. This is characterised not only by a very high wear resistance but also by its noble aesthetic red-gold colour.

Biocompatible ceramic PVD

The zirconium carbonitride (ZrCN) layer resists abrasion and wear while featuring a rose-gold finish. Zirconia surfaces also reduce plaque adhesion and help prevent soft tissue inflammation.

 

Additional screw-in mechanism

The industry standard 1.25 mm hexagonal screw mechanism simplifies insertion.

 

All-in-one packaging

All abutments include alignment post, retention inserts, housing, lab insert and block-out ring.

Abutments with an 18° angulation

These abutments correct implant divergences up to 65°. The 18° angle allows dentists to handle various implant situations, and the two connection variants help compensate for implant positioning.

 

 

Retention inserts made of biocompatible high-performance plastic

These inserts offer high hardness, toughness, and load-bearing capacity. They resist chemicals, lipids, and disinfectants, with minimal water absorption.
