Dr Warren Farao is a Specialist Prosthodontist with prior experience as a senior lecturer for upcoming prosthodontic registrars. His wealth of dental and teaching experience in prosthodontic consulting, private practice and academia has resulted in his pursuit in sharing knowledge gained through both local and international conferences.
He has a keen interest in implant and digital dentistry, teaching and training of students, and the full scope of fixed and removable prosthodontics.
He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BChD) at the University of the Western Cape, where he also completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Dentistry (PDD) and Master of Dental Surgery (Prostho) (MChD) degrees. He also obtained an Intensive Certificate in Implant Dentistry at Faculty Ilapeo, Brazil.
Dr Farao is currently in full-time private practice in Cape Town. He lectures part-time to post graduate dental students and is Consultant specialist for the Dental genetics clinic at the University of the Western Cape.

Dr Ebrahim Fakir completed his dental undergraduate degree at the University of the Western Cape in 2004. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and was awarded the SADA gold medal for first place in class.
He completed his Master’s Degree in 2014 (cum Laude) and was awarded the College of Medicines of South Africa’s CMSA gold medal in May 2014 when he completed the FCMFOS(SA) degree, as well as the SASMFOS/KLS Martin research award for his thesis.
He has a keen interest in Dental Implantology, Temporomandibular joint disorders, Orthognathic surgery and facial trauma. He has undergone numerous international post graduate training programmes in advanced implant planning and placement as well as in Arthroscopic TMJ surgery.
Dr Fakir is currently practicing in a full time private practice at Milnerton Mediclinic and at the Cosmetic Surgery Institute in Cape Town.
He is an exco member of the South African Society of Maxillofacial and Oral surgeons as well as a councillor and examiner for the CMSA FCMFOS(SA). He currently is the co-director for the Cape Peninsula division of the ITI in South Africa.

Izak has effectively engaged in 11 years in the dental technology field in South Africa and has a broad scope of the industry ranging from specialised digital workflows as well as intricate manufacturing processes. He is the owner of a successful laboratory.
His objective is to further his career by associating himself with respected individuals and industry leaders. His experience with cutting edge technology coupled with knowledge on market specific products and skill orientated methods results in products delivered to a high standard. His drive to ensure a team orientated environment is a key attribute to his success.
He qualified as a Dental technician (cum laude) at Tshwane University of Technology with and has a wide scope of experience in CAD/CAM milling, 3D printing and designing.
Having experience in consulting with his dental network and their patients, he is able to assist with case planning. His knowledge enables him to lecture regularly to inspire and educate his peers.
