Course Description:
This course is intended for surgical specialists and restorative dentists who wish to incorporate accelerated implant therapying their practices. This technique will provide solutions for patients with complex anatomical limitations using implants designed to improved outcomes in these challenging circumstances. Additionally, the course highlights a prosthetic solution that will improve simplicity and lead to greater patient acceptance. This program includes a surgical and prosthetic hands-on exercise that will allow the participant to embrace these innovations and readily incorporate them into their practice.

Course Objectives:

  • To be able to diagnose and treat patients with challenging dental anatomy
  • To learn to maximize available bone while maintaining the restorative platform with an angled implant
  • To learn to eliminate the need for angled abutments • To incorporate minimally invasive techniques with site-specific treatment solutions
  • To understand post extraction molar replacement guidelines


Dr. DompkowskiDr. Dompkowski received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Richmond, Richmond, VA. He attended the Medical College of VA, receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He entered a residency in Periodontics at the Eastman Dental Center, located in Rochester, NY. Dr. Dompkowski is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, and the Academy of Osseointegration. He also teaches at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Dompkowski maintains a private practice in the metro Washington area.

Dr. Wilson Dr. Wilson received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in Morgantown, WV. He went on to earn a Master’s of Science degree in Oral Biology from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C. He completed a Prosthodontic residency and fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, MD. He has served as the Department Chairman and Program Director for Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School. He maintains a private practice in Fairfax, VA.
